not charging at all.
Will not charge pass 5%. Then will not charge witn samsung cord at all.

There can be several reasons for this .If your using a wall charger try using the computer or try different cables, this is usually the biggest cause.the shorter the cable the better Try removing the battery and cleaning the contacts on both the battery and the tablet. Try another battery, Is the phone just stuck at 5% or does it flash on and off if so it could be stuck in a boot loop which is a different problem. Hope this helps

charlad6, try a different cord as well as a different charger. Should that not fix it, replace the battery and make sure that your connector is clean, no broken or bend pins. Re-evaluate after and let us know what you find.
