I had IOS 7.4 on my Iphone 4S, last week I updated it to IOS 8.3 and now every time i charge my phone it boots and gets stucked for more than 30 minutes with the apple screen. I.E. every time i connected the power cable to my mobile it boots and keeps on the apple screen.
before with IOS 7.4 i never had that issue.
Does anyone have a recommendation?

Restore the iPhone with iTunes on your computer. Updates can sometimes cause problems.

I agree with brad but to help get the connection to the computer you need to put the phone in restore mode, while in powered off state hold the home button and while holding it plug in your charger to the computer and wait till iTunes icon appears on the phone. You then may restore the phone on iTunes. hope this helped
