Where to find a spare cable spacer

Let's say I may or may not have "lost" the flat spacer that goes between the MB and ribbon cable for the dock cable. Does anyone know where I could find a replacement? I've searched Amazon,eBay, I fixit and can't find one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
