My dryer stars runs for about 30 minutes and stops.
There is no blockage in the lint collector, the dryer tube, or outside.

LW, it will help if you tell us what make and model your dryer is. Most commonly, after all the things you checked, is the thermal cutoff. It will turn your dryer off if it registers an above set high temperature.
