How to fix a 2004 Subaru Legacy rear spoiler?

The spoiler on my subaru was practically ripped out on the left and right hand side, on the passenger side it appears to have just been ripped from the bolts, but on the drivers side it looks like the wing has separated from the plastic bottom. What can I do?
