Why can't I open my pictures and videos?

I cannot open nor play my pictures and vidoes. I also cannot see how they used to look like and how can I get them back? Thank you.

I cant open my photos some it open, shows something like location and memroy card. I try all the knowledge I have but failed to open my photos. This happen after updated the system
