Why doesn't fit my lightning connector into my iPod Touch 64GB?

My loading cable (I tried it also with one other) don't can be fitted until the end inside the dock on the iPodT. The iPodT also don't loads but it shows a few seconds the screen with the pin (when I press it strong inside). There is so a white thing at the front of the loading connector but I am not sure and it's unremovable. I tried it with a paperclip and some air out of the tin.
