After inserting a brand new batteries or fully recharged 2700mAh NiMH , it still shows "Cange the batteries"?!After a few attempts it starts work just to take 3-4 pictures , then dies again , and so on.

sounds a little bit like an old powershot problem.
you could try a workaround (click)

Because this model of camera only uses 2 batteries, it literally eats them, as the flash cannot be permanently disabled. I have the same model of camera. Best to check your new batteries or rechargeable ones with a volt meter, they must read better than 1.5v, or the camera won't like them. My rechargeables only lasted 1 year, still good, but not good enough for this model of camera.
