Acer Aspire 5732Z Keyboard Broken or Internal Contact?

Hello everyone

i see that some keys on my laptop

wont anymore works

like 1 all the down series of letters

from Z to ? except M

So i open my laptop and resit my ribbon

i then notices that key 1 was working and some

keys from Z to ? series except M which works all the time

Then i clean the ribbon and resitted again

then 1 key doesnt works anymore again and

keys from series Z to ? again

So i want to answer if anyone has or had this problem in the past

and know how to help

is the keyboard faulty or is the contact the pins?
