Keyboard and mouse don't work, but it powers on?

Hello, I just did a logic board replacement on a water damaged MacBook Air, but now the keyboard and trackpad don't work. I have no idea if they worked before, but I can power on the machine. What? It doesn't respond during booting either, PRAM and SMC don't work because keyboard doesn't work. Any ideas?

Plug in a USB keyboard & mouse. If these work then you know the issue is within the upper case keyboard/trackpad and/or the ribbon cable connections.
