The speakers are making a 'Raining Noise'

I somehow adjusted the sound to work on my T.V to watch a movie from my PC to the T.V. Movie is over and I discounted the VGA cable from both the PC and T.V, yet now all I keep hearing from speakers is what I deem to be a 'Raining noise'. I tried a few things but I just can't figure how to get the 'RAINING NOISE' to stop and go back to being able to play anything like a 'YouTube' video or iTunes etc.. Any suggestions,steps,will be so appreciated!

Options

Go to the control panel section and select "Device Manager " from their scroll down until u see the audio area. If you see a yellow question mark then highlight it then select troubleshoot
