First of all, you have to open the glovebox, then empty it and press the walls of the glovebox (left and right wall) to the center (you have to bend them a little, it will only be temporary.

Now you can turn the glovebox down. You will see two Phillips screws. Remove both.

The glovebox is now removed. The heater fan is now accesible. just remove the clip and the screws and the cable.

install the new one and do not forget one of these steps backwards.
