iPhone isn't working properly?

okay so my iPhone 5c screen was already shattered not that much and when i walked my dog yesterday i got a text message from my friend and i was going to text her back when my dog yanked the leash because he saw anotner dog which caused my phone to drop on the sidewalk on the front and when i picked my phone up i saw that next to the front camera lens the whole glass chipped off and u could see inside of the phone & at the edge of my phone the whole glass is chipped off also. When i tried turning my phone on these pink lines appeared on my screen. Should i ask my mom to order a screen replacement online or let my mom take me to an apple store that would fix my screen?
