Engine siezed. Parked then wouldn't start

Update
Took out starter Turned engine by hand. It won't turn.

If you absolutely can not turn your engine over (remove the accessory belt and use a breaker bar with the appropriate socket on the crankshaft pulley) than you most likely have some severe engine damage. Not much you can do on a seized engine other than to replace it.

There is starter coil between battery and starter motor, try replacing this.
