My girlfriend broke my HDMI port, how do I replace it?

One night me and my girlfriend were arguing and she snatched up my Xbox 360 and tried to throw it with all the cords connected, after the argument I was looking over the Xbox and the HDMI port was messed up. The Xbox works though but I have to use my colored cords to watch and play games which sucks. So I'm wondering how do I replace it.

Bila, it is soldered to the motherboard. Use this guide to remove the board. then desolder the old port, and replace it with a new one. The HDMI are relatively widely available at many places. The soldering is not the easiest, so only consider this if you have the tools and the skills. Otherwise consider sending it out for repair.
