you can get screen shots pressing the power key and the volume down simultaneously on your ZTE whirl2

Options

To screenshot on a ZTE, just press the Power button and the Volume Down button at the same time. The screenshot will be saved to the photo Gallery.

mine will not do this, volume goes down but no screenshot, then try again and it asks me reboot, power off airplane mode.
