My Safari is messed up.

My son clicked on yourblog.com and it messed up the Safari. A screen popped up saying There was a breach in the Security and to contact Microsoft? Which i know is not right. This screen will not go away and I have tried to reboot many times but it will not go away. How do I fix this?
