Can I fix my inspire after it landed in water?

I landed my DJI inspire in water can it be fixed?

That depends on what did you do after landing on water, if you took away your battery immediately maybe not short circuit on electronic cards and of curse dry every single space inside of your drone.

I left my Inspire 1 Remote control out in the rain by accident. To my shock I discovered it the next day FULL of water. I immediately turned it upside down poured out the bucket of water it was holding thru the controls. Then took it apart and disconnected the battery that was amazingly kept sealed from the water, then "Carefully" blew out more water with compressed air without blowing the grease of gears. I did lightly regrease the obvious factory grease since I was in there. I let it sit in the Sun for a few hours, then tried blowing it out again until there was NO sign of a water droplet anywhere before connecting the battery back up. Again I was pleasantly surprised that it Turned on right away and Worked!
