Why can't I use both bluetooth devices at once?

I have a bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Both of them work on their own, but when I connect them to my Miix 2 together, the keyboard disconnects a lot and will type a key repeatedly (like "eeeeeeeee") without me doing anything.

Hi Diana,

Many users have had this same problem when trying to connect two bluetooth devices at the same time. To address this issue make these changes to the device manager under the "Universal Serial Bus" tab:

1. Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" under Intel (R) USB 3.0 extensible controller

2. Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" under the Power Management tab

3. Disable "Bluetooth Collaboration" under the Advanced Tab for Broadcomm Adapters.
