connection failured all the time @ netflix

During the movie transmission frequently its falls and jump back for the previous menu other times froze the image and I need to go back in the menu and restrt the movie again.

Is this because the remote control battery is down?

Other internal issue?

Thanks man! But since Apple TV is connected to TV how could I clean my cache!!! How can I do it?
