touch screen working weirdly after few (4-5)minutes of the usage.

The glass on left side of ipad raised over the body are millimeters (2mm). When I am using the ipad after 5min the touch on left side is working automatically eg:if I using browser it clicks links on left side,it opens left tabs automatically. If I'm on home screen it opens apps on left side.Everything stops if I lock and unlock the ipad and starts again after few minutes and if I play any video on device it starts odd behaviour immediately. Is replacing adhesive strips enough or should I replace the digitizer.

Sounds like a digitizer replacement not done properly. the ribbon could be pinched between the glass and aluminum chassis causing the issue. Best bet is just to replace the digitizer and make its done properly.

I think that I myself applied pressure on that side, can I adjust it without replacing digitizer.

Agree with Brian cable is most likely pinch between the frame
