How to Repair Scuffed or Dented Parts of My Aluminium MacBook?

Well, if it can't be "repaired", then covering it up would be good too. As it pains me to see the damage on my laptop.

Not much you can do here as its more dented at the edge then scuffed.

Any hard abrasive & polishing will remove the anodized finish and also alter the finish which is satin to a shiny spot.

I would just get a snap-on cover if it bothers you. Sorry

Is it possible that I can change the upper case of my laptop? Given that I'm desperate enough to buy another or something. Just in case though. And if I go to Apple, how much would replacing or "repairing" be?

Sure you could replace the case. But I think thats going to far and it will be expensive! I would just live with it. Car, homes and other stuff overtime do get a bit worn, your MacBook Pro will as well.
