My washer's hot water won't stop running into washer even when the washer is unplugged.

net3197, since it does that even with your washer off it is most likely that your fill valves have failed. you can check the water inlet solenoids and see if they get proper signal. Both solenoids should show 800 ohms on the test points. To replace the valves, you will need Whirlpool 8181694 and here is a decent video to help you with the replacement.
