Can someone please tell me what fuse that is

Macbook pro mid 2012 13" i5 2,5Ghz

I should have the same as the on picture. I've marked with red.

there are six but the top where I have the arrow is marked defective and must be replaced.

can someone tell me what this is please?

magid, it is not a fuse. Just to elaborate on the answer by Louis Rossmann, that is a 10K 1/16W resistor in a 402 package.

10 kilo-ohm resistor. That was not your problem, that was what you knocked off trying to replace the fuse, you will still have no backlight after putting that back on with I'd say 50% chance.
