The touch screen is not working, how can I fix it?

My Motorola Razr M touch screen is cracked and will no longer respond to my touch. How can the touch screen be fixed?

Options

First check to make sure only your touch screen is the only component broken. If nothing else is unresponsive, then you can replace the touch screen to resolve your problem. The touch screen is an LCD Digitizer Touch Screen, I have provided a link to the troubleshooting guide.
