What is wrong with my samsung s3 screen?

My phone was dropped and the battery feel out when putting it back in and turning the phone on the start up screen was black, purple and green and it flickers, you cant unlock the phone to go into anything. How do I fix it?

The screen was broken, you need to do screen replacement.
