I want to kill off both Bluetooth or WiFi

I live with some kooks!

I found my way to disconnect both the iSight camera & microphone. But does anyone know how to rid my system of Bluetooth and uh maybe Wi-Fi too.

Removing the AirPort card will do that. Here's the IFIXIT guide: MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2009 AirPort Card Replacement.

But I think you're over doing this...

Within the OS you can disable these as well without altering the hardware.

Basically you'll need to setup multiple user accounts. Leave the current one for now we'll call it the Admin account. Now create a second and third user accounts from the Users & Groups System Preferences. You can then control using the Parental Controls many elements of the system and applications. You can even limit what web sites and time points the use can access things using your admin account.

Within the users settings you can disable WiFi by setting up a location document which only lists the Ethernet network. That way they can only access the internet via your router. You can also limit what actions they can do as well.
