Dell lap top inspiron 1525,Not turning on totally,charger is working.

My lap top Dell 1525 Inspiron does not illuminating totally,no lights indicating working when I connect it to its charger which illuminates clearly showing no problem with.Any one has an idea how to self-fix it?
