fix the selection wheel

Hi I uhm dropped my ipod in the toilet today. It had a thick plastic cover on it but of course it still got wet. I immediately took the cover off and dried the ipod. It turned off and I put it into a bowl of rice when I got home. Hours after it was put in rice it came back on but now the menu wheel won't work. Help please.
