Could it be this part?

Due to the water damage this (blue/green dot inside of the circle) part on my iPhone 5 motherboard was burned.

Now digitizer is unresponsive.

Could it be this part?

Does anyone knows name and model of that part?

That picture is not the best but it seems like you circeled a small IC (U1802_RF) which is related to Wifi and Bluetooth. The problem is more likely on the other side of your board.
