My touch screen doesn't work after a little use.

So I have dropped my iphone 5c a fair few times, finnaly the screen got jacked up. It isn't cracked or anything, nothing physical besides minor scratches. But while using it will occasionaly stop responding sort of, then it starts selecting things I don't touch. So I click the top sleep button, and it works fine after waking it up, but then it happens again. So I am wondering if it is my screen or something more internal. Would a simple front panel replacment be enough?

Answer this question I have this problem too

When you drop your phone it can brake things in the inside because of the impact.

In the country that i live in apple technicians aren't allowed to replace screens because of this reason. Open up your phone and see if there is any damage you can notice compare it with an image from google or this website showing the inside of an iPhone 5c.
