2008 Aveo Drivers side rear view mirror doesn't move

Drivers side rear view mirror doesn't work; right side does work so I'm thinking problem must be in the mirror itself ?

Is their a fuss or other electronic switch or a small motor. ? Where can I see a parts list and diagram?
