The battery of my Gyro-X isn't lasting
I think the battery on my helicopter is nearing the end of its life. What should I do to fix this problem?
Is this a good question?

Unfortunatly, it looks like this modal of RC Copter is not easily replaceable. From the manufacturers service manual (Gyropter-2013.pdf - Page 8) it says:
RECHARGEABLE BATTERY:
This helicopter uses an internal Li-Poly rechargeable battery and is not replaceable. If battery no longer stays charged, dispose of battery properly according to local disposal requirements.
That being said, if you can find a new battery somewhere (I did a quick search and there wasn't a source immediately obvious), you can probably replace the battery if you have some skills with a solder iron.
But it doesn't look like there's a nice solution to this problem.

if you take the canopy off you will see the battery.
if you handy with a soldering iron you could cut the wires and solder them to a new battery
check the dimensions of where you want the battery to fit.
I am replacing a battery on a propel gyropter is is a 1s(3.7v) approx 160mah. you could go more or less mah without a problem to get the fit right.
if I cannot find one that will fit or it is too expensive I might bet a longer one and modify the canopy.
check hobbyking or ebay

If your battery is not holding a charge, it will need to be replaced. You can find more information about this and other issues on the troubleshooting page.

There is nothing in the guide or on the web about how to replace what ever battery is in this thing.
