iPhone 5 keeps rebooting after water damage

Hope you can help me out, my iPhone fell into the water. After this my iPhone will only boot up when the charger is plugged in. Then it boots up every 3 seconds. So I openend up my phone and I saw the following was missing:

Is this the problem?

Or should I replace my U2 ic?

Hope anyone can help me out!

Thomas, yes that is a part that could be the cause for it. It is reference designator FL10 which is a 120OHM 210MA fixed inductor in a 01005 package. Go with that first. It's a lot easier to replace that one than U2. Make sure that you clean your board properly with isopropyl alcohol etc. while you are replacing the inductor.
