my iphone wont turn on i tried everything i even tried taking it apart and putting it back together again could it be that i shorted out the battery this time cuz its stuck in a boot loop

i had almsot everything replaced in it it took on water damage but then i ordered one of them cheap batterys on ebay it worked for about a day now phones stuck on boot loop and when i take the cord out the phonde does nothing cant even turn it on by power buttton

i am also having power on issue, i replaced the battery with fully charged battery and replaced the lighting connector still the iphone is not boot, no sign of power.
