Why won't the buttons work?
The buttons stopped working out of nowhere. The only one that still works is the power button, but the rest of the controls don't. However, the touch screen still works.

Try resetting the camera by switching it off then on, if the problem still persists then maybe replace the button pad in the device. Please refer to the Button pad replacement guide.
