First ,I'm new here and i need your helps guys

i have Tablet A1000F or A1000L ( i don't know )

the orifice's charger of the tablet broken so i told an electrician to repair it but look what he did

it work good but when i play with it and charge it in the same time , i can't control and can't do anything

i think this is the problem

i want to use my tablet with PC but i don't know how

now i'm using this charger

can i change this cable to ?

Or can i change all this ?
