replacement claiming warranty for the eapods

Hi,

I'm an indian and to my recollection there is no Apple Stores here in my locality here in India.

The problem is, less than a year ago I bought an set of EarPods from Singapore which is now broken.

I'm South India I'm kinda in a dilemma not knowing what to do. Can someone please help!

Sorry to hear your EarPods no longer work. Sadly I don't think you'll be able to get them fixed (replaced) under warranty.

You would need to get to the store that sold you the EarPods with your sales slip before the deadline of the warranty period (which I think may have even expired).

You may have someone near you which can fix them. Review the link above for some locations, but they will likely charge you or try to seek you a replacement set.
