Doesnt power up & we need help
I was given a used IPOD. It powers up sometimes. When it does my partner and I don't know how to use it. Can someone help?

CeeCee, start off by telling us if it is recognized by your computer and/or iTunes. always check to see if it charges either on the computers USB port or a wall charger. Make sure it is a Classic and not a 5th Gen Video, which a lot of people confuse with a Classic. To figure out how to use it, download the user manual from here.
