Which hard drive will work

I have a simple question..

I have limited knowledge of computers and I want to change the hard drive.

My old drive was Seagate ST31000528AS .

Will Seagate ST2000DM001 work on my computer ?

Yes or no ?!

I simply want to unplug the old one and plug the new one in.

If the answer is no what is the serial number of a drive that will work ?

I have tried to find the same one that I have right now but delivery is 10 days for me and that's too long. Is there an alternative ?
