replacing on/off wiring loom

Hi All, The screen does not come back on but the phone is on as I can call it and can some how call my phone also. Has anyone come across this problem, I built it back up to the point were you can try turning it on to make sure all is well before building it up totally. Can anyone please help me with this 1 Please. Peter

Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone begins to restart itself. If screen still does not turn ON, then next step would be another screen. Also if "replacing on/off wiring loom" means that you removed the power button? Then this type of repair puts the screen flex connectors at risk for damage if the front screen is not removed prior to the repair.

You can test another screen without installing it to be certain it works.
