Space of my iPhone is not enough for update.

When I updated my iPhone 4s to iOS 8, it always prompted me that the memory has run out. After I deleted some photos, it did not remind me for some time, but only for a short time it happened again, now I have to continue deleting things, which is so annoying. Do I have to install a cleaning tool to regularly deal with junk files? What’s the difference between iPhone cleaning software used on Mac and iOS client-side cleaning Apps? And I have tried some cleaning software that often require to connect with iTunes, when I see this, I don’t think it’s safe you know, so I didn’t use any of them. Have you encountered this kind of problem? What did you do?

FYI, about the difference between iPhone cleaning software used on Mac & iOS cleaning Apps: iPhone cleaning software used on Mac will find the junk files in iOS through iTunes, then clean up them after scanning; iOS cleaning Apps often secretly write junk files into iOS and then let the system remind you that your device needs cleaning. As you can see, using the former one would be more effectively and trouble-saving.

My personal recommendation is Macgo Free iPhone Cleaner (http://www.macblurayplayer.com/iphone-cl...), which is a free cleaner used on Mac to delete iOS junk files.

If there's not enough memory on your phone for a firmware update, you always can do it through iTunes. Just connect it to iTunes, it will automatically ask you whether you want to update or not.
