Why does my One XL freeze on start up?
When I try to turn on my XL it shows the TomTom logo and then freezes. How can I get it to turn on normaly?

Some TomTom devices experience this bug when starting up for the first time. Connect your TmoTom to your computer. If you are able to access your TomTom via the Windows Explorer try to remove (or better move to your PC as backup) the mapsettings.cfg file in the map folder on your device. Then safely disconnect the TomTom from your PC and see if it starts correctly.
