Touch screem zone no working! Help

hi there !! i have a sony xperia z1 compact, but i have a trouble on my touch screen have a zone on the top of the screen that it's no working , i immersed the phone on the water, what can i do ? have to change all the touch screen or can just made something easier !! Thanks .

You have to change the whole digitizer bro,I had the same problem on xz after immersing it in the water,only a particular place of the screen stopped working and I had to change the whole face of it!
