GPU Repair with self upgraded parts

Hi,

the GPU of my early 2011 MBP just failed.

I am eligible to get it replaced for free by Apple.

I self upgraded some parts tho.

16GB RAM, SSD in optical bay, new battery and the 2012 AirPort card to get BT 4.0.

Will Apple still accept my MacBook and repair it for free or do I have to pay extra or put all the original parts back in?

No problem with the battery & RAM. They may not noticed the card but you may not get it back. I would switch it out. Are you taking it in or mailing it in and under which program (please send a link).

For optical bay SSD, no chance, put the old one back in.

Put the old stuff back in. Keep in mind this is a free repair that Apple fought for years to not provide to you in the first place; they will jump at any excuse to not cover you.
