Can I upgrade logic board from the MBP 15" 2010 to 2012?

Hi,

I would like to know if it would be possible to replace my current 2010 MBP 15" unibody logic board for a more recent board such as the 2012 15" logic board?

I have 8GB 1067MHz DDR3 ram at present and everything else as per standard spec.

You are limited with what you can swap out to the other systems within the series your system is part of. Here is the series lookup: MacBookPro6,2 of your system.
