My touch screen is not working after replacement of new screen

After I got done with all the steps, the keyboard does not work everytime that give it a command. I am sure that I have followed all the steps from the video in the right way. Because the home and the power buttons are working properly, but it is only the keyboard that does not obey. I have tried to put electrical tape over the things that are next to the home bottom (which are inside of the ipad). I think I am refering to the loudspeaker assembly and antenas. Please let me know if you need more details to help me. I will really appreaciate your help.
