Why is my battery not fitting in the slot?

When I try to insert my battery the batter will not go into the slot correctly and I cannot turn on the devise.

Options

First make sure that there is nothing in the slot that will obstruct the battery from

fitting in the slot. Make sure you are using the correct battery for this device

(Olympus LI50B / BLI339 / DLO50B). Follow the replacement guide to ensure battery is properly installed.
