Extract data from dead iPhone 6 logic board or NAND Flash

Is it possible to somehow remove the NAND Flash from the iPhone 6 and extract the data from it? I believe it's attached to the logic board, so I'm doubtful. That said, I'm desperate. Or can you remove the entire logic board and obtain the data from it somehow. I have a water damaged iPhone 6, it will not power on any longer. Fonelab software therefore does not see it. Drivesavers quoted me minimum $1000 to recover the data. Apple offered to replace it for $299 with a brand new unit (I think that's reasonable), but I need to trade my old iPhone 6 in for the new one. Due to travel obligations I need to do this by tomorrow, Saturday. Help!

When was the last time you backed up your phone? You may have that information on the computer on which you backed up or even restored your phone.

Sorry no instant soup here :-{

You'll need to think hard here what to do. Get the stuff recovered from DriveSavers or getting a replacement phone.

I would recommend you setup an iCloud account so your important stuff is backed up moving forward.

First why don't you use iCloud or iTunes to backup your data.

Second the data extract is possible only if the NAND and the CPU is intact at the same time.

Last if you try to dump data directly from NAND is going to take a lot of power and very long time. Have a look at this:

Its not about the using iCloud or iTunes for data back up.

Just think about if you are on road trip and your car engine blows off...unexpectedly...What you do? Do you blame your self that y u did not check your car engine before!!

Lol.. I have no idea , why Apple has no backup facility for unexpected circumstances ... Apple was better than today... they know how to make phon..but dont know how to get data back up....!!AAAAAses
