Why isn’t my touchpad working?

When I try to touch or click the touchpad it doesn’t respond, which is really frustrating because now I can’t navigate around my computer.

Hi Aaron,

You may have just accidentally disabled the touchpad. To check if this is the case, look for a button located above the F7-F12 keys. It’ll look like a square with a hand and a plus sign, if the red light is on, then it’s disabled. To fix this, simply press it again to turn it off. After that your touchpad should be working again.
